It appears blogging is the best way to get the word out these days. My name is Rick Baron, and I have a lot of good stuff I think I should share with as many people as possible.

 I've been in the mortgage business for 25 years. I've always considered myself to have dual fiduciary responsibilities in my profession; first to my clients to deliver the best financing for their situation in the most timely fashion possible, and second to my lender(s) to deliver quality performing loans. My entire career I've been a student of the mortgage business, of underwriting philosophy, of the economy, and of capitalism. I've been told I explain things well, making the complex more simple to understand.

I've written this booklet to give people a leg up in the world. I hope it makes a difference.
